Karin is a former flight attendant; She was born and raised in Germany, lived in Australia, UK, India, and since 1983 resides in the United States. She has worked in many different areas of travel from arranging as well as escorting incentive groups to Australia, New Zealand, Hawaii and France, Austria, Germany and Switzerland. Since 1990 Karin has worked in retail travel. Together with her husband Chris they started a full service travel agency in Miami Beach; they sold the agency in 1998 and started CKIM Group, Inc. a new travel company specializing in Caribbean Luxury Villa, Resort and Yacht Vacations.
Karin loves Mustique and believes that a villa vacation on this magical little island is a unique experience unlike any other island. The favorite part of her job is to help clients enjoy this special experience. It is a perfect honeymoon destination and at the same time is perfect for families and friends to spent quality time together. The most difficult part of her job is to come up with alternative vacation destinations after a client has experienced Mustique.
Sailing in the British Virgin Islands and the Grenadines is one of her favorite activities. She very much likes to introduce chartering of sail or power yacht to clients who never thought of this option before.
Due to her travels to various places around the world she is comfortable creating special itineraries for her clients. With her Virtuoso affiliation the sky is the limit. Karin loves to introduce clients to new places and giving them a chance to make unforgettable memories. Each time her goal is to exceed their expectations.
The children in the Caribbean are especially dear to her heart. Her goal is to sponsor a child in St Vincent through the Christian Children’s Fund on behalf of clients who spent their vacation in Mustique.

Expert Bio
Chris started in the Travel Industry in 1976 in the Flight operations at Guyana Airways. During 1980 his family relocated to Tortola in the British Virgin Islands. While living in the BVI, he fell in love with sailing, learned to sail and to appreciate the many luxury resorts in the area like Peter Island, Little Dix Bay, Biras Creek, Bitter End Yacht Club and Caneel Bay on St. John, USVI. It was in the BVI that his career as a travel agent started serving both the corporate and vacation market. The Caribbean is one of his loves with its blue waters, white sand beaches, music, food and wonderful people.
Chris graduated from the University of Maryland with a B.S. degree in Accounting and from Miami Dade Community College with an AS degree in Aviation and Allied Studies. His enjoyment as a travel agent comes from helping to make his clients Dreams come true: Creating life time memories.

From an early age, Betty loved to travel. Whether it be a quick weekend trip or a longer vacation, the excitement of adventure has always inspired her to look beyond her neighborhood and seek out the unfamiliar.
